IPS Consulting

Workshop and Certification Training

IPS can come to you and present Athletic Performance Series and Training Education Series workshops for your coaches. Coaches can choose to participate in an extra half day for optional certification testing. In order to become certified, coaches must pass written and practical tests to receive Athletic Performance Enhancement certification.

Testing / Evaluation

IPS can implement a comprehensive testing and evaluation program to assess to the development of athletes and the effectiveness of training programs. IPS will utilize a specifically designed battery of speed, agility, strength, power, body composition, movement and endurance tests for all academy athletes. Testing provides essential information for the optimizing of training for each athlete.

Sports Nutrition

IPS can work with you to design nutritional plans to meet the nutritional needs of your athletes. Specific sport nutrition programs and education can be provided to properly hydrate and fuel athletes before, during and after competition or training.

Performance Training Facility Development and Operation

IPS can offer consulting services to assist in the design, development and operation of athletic performance enhancement facilities. We can provide recommendations for facility layout and the policies and procedures needed to run high quality training facilities. IPS can train athletic performance coaches and potentially provide a training director for the coordination of the athletic performance coaches and the performance training programs.

Athlete Training

IPS can provide on-site advanced speed, power, agility, plyometric, movement, core and endurance development training.
